B&B Professional Services is run by Beebee. She grew up in rural southern Thailand and has been cleaning almost her whole life, homes first and then businesses, for years before she met her husband and moved to the United States.
No job is called finished until she has seen it. She walks the ones she can get to in person, and reviews the rest by photo and video before anyone leaves, which is how she keeps the standard the same whether or not she is standing in the room. Most days she is out cleaning herself.
She started the company here to help build the life the two of them are making in Knoxville. That is the short version of why she treats every place like someone is about to walk through it and decide.
